The Stealth Hitches Trailer Hitch with Towing Kit part # 391TES317T for a 2020 Tesla Model 3 contains a wiring harness which installs by splicing into the tail light circuits on the vehicle. It would not interact with the Tesla Trailer Mode. That said, there would be no affect on this program with the above wiring harness and it would still work as normal. It is possible to connect a brake controller to your 2020 Tesla Model 3. Since Tesla doesn't recommend towing with the Model 3 your best option is the Curt Echo # C51180 because it only need the basic lighting functions and 12V power for operation. I just spoke with my rep at Stealth Hitches. He told me they have not confirmed that the item # 391TES317 fits the 2023 Model 3 at their development facility yet. They have had a few installers state they completed the install successfully.

You are correct that Tesla has removed one of the bolt holes where a hitch would be installed, but there is a new bracket that is available for this hitch that does address the change for the 2021 Model 3. You will still order the same # 391TES317 (for accessories only) or # 391TES317T (for towing and accessories) that is listed as a fit for your vehicle but new brackets are included.

The Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 holds virtually all wheels with a lug nut circle up to 8". The wheel diameter does not matter. The tire diameter and sidewall also do not matter. The only possible exception is deep dish or dually-style wheels which would require you to use the # RM-195225.
